Available in limited quantities each month! Fill up your freezer with high-quality Angus beef for family meals year-round. This 1/4 beef share can be customized with cuts of your choosing. If you want a 1/2 share, please increase quantity to 2.

We do not require a deposit for beef shares. You will receive an invoice when your order is ready for processing.

Average hang weight for 1/4 share is 230 lbs and cost is $4.00/lb. Shares are available for pick-up in approx. 2-3 weeks after processing date.

• March and April - shares available for pickup on our farm. Processing fee is $.70/pound for traditional cuts, more if you get sausages or hamburger patties.

• May, June and July - shares available for pick up at Loehr’s in Campbellsport. Processing fee starts at $.85/pound, more if you get sausages or hamburger patties with your order.
