Put in a $100 deposit now and we will send you an invoice for the remaining balance once your order is ready for processing. Average hang weight cost is $300-$375. Processing is a separate fee paid to the butcher, depending on the cuts you choose. Shares are available for pick-up in approx. 3-4 weeks from order date.
